Saratoga CRM 6.5

Saratoga Systems has released the latest version of its CRM software, Saratoga CRM 6.5. Saratoga CRM 6.5 offers the advantage of tremendous integration with back end enterprise systems and easy deployment. The company is positioning its product as an alternative to CRM solutions provided by industry leaders, solutions that can be integrated and customized only after substantial programming.

The new offering uses Web Services support for smooth integration with back end systems including SAP. Enhanced query-handling capabilities, data-push capabilities for Outlook and Lotus Notes, and a Web dashboard with more features are some of the additions in Saratoga CRM 6.5. Saratoga CRM can be customized to the business processes without any reprogramming of the enterprise applications. The modular design of CRM 6.5 enables users to access the applications via a LAN or WAN and also through a handheld wireless device that uses the Apresta technology.
