CRM Real Estate representatives today announced the general availability of RecruitTool, the company’s online real estate agent recruiting service. Until today, RecruitTool had been unavailable outside of select Coldwell Banker NRT offices in the state of Utah.

CRM Real Estate decided to go national (and international, really) after seeing some nice results turned in by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage – Utah NRT: The Beehive State’s version of the real estate giant saw a net agent gain of more than 100 agents from 2004 to 2005.

According to then-Utah Association of Realtors president Jaren Davis, “While other brokerages in the state were struggling to keep up with the personnel demands created by our explosive housing market, RecruitTool helped us meet our need to find and hire new agents better than any other method.”

Distinguishing features touted in RecruitTool are its status as an entirely web-based service and its customizable, automated recruiting process. Once agent referrals enter the database, CRM Real Estate professionals personally screen job candidates. Once a prospective hire is located, CRM Real Estate arranges a job interview and notifies the interviewee via email. The customizable, automated recruiting process adds to the solution’s general user-friendliness; every action taken in the process can be performed and tracked using email without the client ever having to enter the database.

Clients may request entry-level candiadates, experienced agents or both. Pricing for each referral generated through the RecruitTool service begins at US $200 for entry-level agents and US $250 for experienced agents. The minimum commitment for the RecruitTool service is US $2,000 a month. However, custom pricing is available for those clients whose referral amount would be less than the minimum US $2,000.

RecruitTool is sold as a standalone service or as a module to be added to CRM Real Estate. CRM Real Estate is a web-based sales and marketing management system for real estate brokers and real estate agents and is essentially a fully customizable customer relationship management platform.

CRM Real Estate goes for US $35.95 per month per user and includes features such as transaction management, FSBO leads, email templates, calendar functions, mobile device compatibility, contact management, and document upload. CRM Real Estate is powered by the COMPLETExRM, Inc. xRM Transaction Engine, a web-based service-oriented business application.
