Bottom Line
AddressTwo is a very strong solution for Micro-Enterprises and sole proprietors. The solution is designed for these micro-enterprises to be able to use the solution with little to no training. One of the nifty features is Addy, the virtual administrator. Addy is there to provide users who are unfamiliar with CRM valuable tips on managing your contact database, activity lists, and even email campaigns.
One of my favorite features was that Addy can even be used to conduct certain activities via email commands, enabling you to conduct tasks without even having to be logged in.
Another nice feature was the query builder, which was easy enough to use for first time users, and enabled you to quickly search your contact database for contacts meeting specific criteria. The dashboard clearly displays your current task list and any leads generated from the web.
As far as small business CRM goes, AddressTwo provides a strong cost-effective solution that is ideal for independent contractors, real estate agents, and consultants.
