Resource Dynamics has ACT!ed, and the folks at Sage Software are naturally pleased. Representatives of Resource Dynamics, a provider of add-on software and solutions for ACT!, have announced that Tele-Support HelpDesk now supports Sage’s ACT! 9.0. ACT! 9.0 is the latest version of the popular contact and customer management product line.
Tele-Support HelpDesk is a program that seeks to assist users in tracking inquiries from inception to resolution with features includeingpriority escalation with email notification; a knowledge base; customer status lookup; contract tracking; issues database; inbound / outbound HTML email processing; and reporting. Tele-Support HelpDesk runs over a LAN or the internet.
Sage Software was also able to announce today that Pathways Home Health, Hospice and Private Duty, a community-based, not-for-profit healthcare organization, has implemented ACT! by Sage Premium for Workgroups to centralize information on referral sources who drive the organization’s activities and community leaders who assist in achieving the organization’s mission.
Pathways employs ACT! in identifying referral sources, managing targeted mailings, doing phone outreach, and identifying opportunities for improving operations, communications and productivity. Prior to implementing ACT!, Pathways had no central repository to manage referral source information and was relegated to storing contact details in limited databases and spreadsheets.
ACT! certified consultant Contactivation customized the ACT! program for Pathways, particularly in creating fields to track community education coordinator activities, physician preferences and oft-requested services most often requested. Contactivation also created customized ACT! mailing capabilities.
