A new AutoTask for N-able

MSP platform vendor N-able Technologies today announced their rebranded version of the AutoTask service optimization product. Rensselaer, N.Y.-based AutoTask, a hosted MSP business optimization platform provider, is now available as an N-power service for customers of Ottawa-based N-able. AutoTask has marketing partnerships with MSP platform vendors including SilverBack Technologies, Cittio and LPI Level Platforms. AutoTask seeks to provide MSPs a CRM system for managed services that helps plug leaks in profitability caused by inaccurate billing for field services, help-desk services and other project-related activities. With N-power, N-able customers are promised tighter integration to AutoTask. Pricing for N-power starts at $50 a month per user, plus setup and training fees.
