A Strong launch, indeed
StrongMail Systems, Inc., an email infrastructure software solutions provider, today announced the launch of the StrongMail Transactional Email Server. Designed for online retailers and other companies, StrongMail Transactional Email Server transforms generic, plain-text messages into branded and personalized messages seeking to be “capable of driving incremental revenue through relevant cross- and up-sell offers.”
Features touted in the new release include dynamic message assembly; back-end integration with e-commerce, customer service and CRM systems; deliverability reporting; visibility into response data; bounce management capabilities; and differentiated sending features.
AdBrite, an internet ad marketplace that connects independent web publishers with thousands of advertisers, has selected StrongMail Transactional Email Server to generate a customized confirmation email for each ad sale across its community of more than 20,000 client websites.
And StrongMail asked The Chump to pass on the news of the white paper “Put the Action in Transactional Email” available at www.strongmail.com/transact. This one’s on “how to maximize the branding and marketing potential of transactional email.”
StrongMail is located in Redwood City, Calif., and is funded by Evercore Partners, Globespan Capital Partners and Sequoia Capital, the venture capitalists behind Google, Yahoo!, Cisco and Apple.
