Access, Microsoft and Calyx
Representatives from Sacramento, Calif.-based Access Business Technologies have announced that the firm now offers hosted Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 with full integration to Calyx Point, a common mortgage loan origination system. This integration seeks to enable bi-directional flow of data between Microsoft CRM and the Calyx Point loan origination system. Access is now pushing Microsoft Dynamics CRM version 3.0 as a CRM system that allows create a centralized repository of customer data that “sits neatly alongside” Microsoft Office and Microsoft Office Outlook.
In other words, employees access Microsoft CRM sales, marketing, and customer service modules from good old familiar Outlook.
