AccuData to use Bluespring BPM suite
Business process management software producer Bluespring Software has announces that AccuData America, a PRIMIS company, has selected Bluespring’s BPM Suite to manage its sales process. AccuData America has more than 130 members on the sales staff. When evaluating the workflow of this team, Bluespring experts recognized areas easily improvable through automation and business process management.
Hence, AccuData launched an “operational efficiency initiative” aimed at reducing the time and costs associated with generating customer proposals, quotes, and orders, processes performed 40,000-50,000 times per month. AccuData’s return on investment is promised to be generated in part by leveraging Bluespring’s BPM Suite to automate repetitive steps in the process.
Bluespring Software and its partner network seek to extend the value of enterprise applications like CRM, ERP and SCM software.
