An Echo on AppExchange
Echopass, on-demand multi-site call and contact center service solutions provider, and salesforce.com have announced the availability of the Echopass Telecenter application for salesforce.com’s AppExchange.
The Echopass Telecenter application seeks to provide a pre-integrated, on-demand call and contact center solution and access to an end-to-end suite of services through the Echopass EchoSystem. The Echopass EchoSystem Service Integration Platform can incorporate carrier and network services, integration with CRM solutions such as Salesforce SFA and Salesforce Service & Support, strategic and implementation consulting, call routing, and other customizations that customers may require.
Echopass Corporation provides IP-based call and contact center solutions as a service for mid-sized to large enterprises and government agencies through the EchoSystem service integration platform. Echopass is a privately-held enterprise backed by venture capital firms Canaan Partners and New Enterprise Associates, is a recipient of the Red Herring Top 100 Companies award, and is headquartered in Pleasanton, Calif.
Salesforce.com is currently the market and technology leader in on-demand business services. Salesforce.com’s on-demand platform AppExchange allows the building of new applications, customization, and integration of the Salesforce suite. Salesforce.com today manages customer information for approximately 23,000 customers and approximately 501,000 paying subscribers including Advanced Micro Devices, America Online, Cendant Rental Car Group, Dow Jones Newswires, Nokia, Polycom and SunTrust.
