An Opus for Conseco

Verint Systems Inc., a provider of analytic software-based solutions for security and business intelligence, today announced that Conseco, Inc. has deployed Verint’s Opus solution. Conseco is a provider of insurance products and will use Verint product in its call center operations, policy holder services and medical management divisions.

With Opus, Conseco hopes to improve operational performance by identifying root causes of service performance issues and continually monitoring operation effectiveness.

Opus operational performance management solution includes analytics to integrate and analyze data from various systems across the enterprise, including CRM and ERP. Melville, N.Y.-based Verint Systems Inc. is a provider of analytic software-based solutions for security and business intelligence.
