Opruis – The Best Customer Relationship Management System for Network Marketing
Over the past 3 years, I have tested multiple Customer Relationship Management (CMS) packages and with nearly every one, I had found them to be too complex, contained too much extra stuff such as sales management, quotes, etc or were simply too difficult to integrate with email systems.
Recently though, I discovered Oprius.
Oprius is designed specifically for the Network Marketer as it only provides those components required to manage relationships with existing customers and to also chase leads.
There are 6 main modules contained in Oprius:
Contacts
Calendar
Calls
Tasks
Relationship Builder
Customers can be assigned to multiple groups. For example, you may assign a person as a “Potential Customer” as well as “Australia”. This means that a high level of granularity can be maintained when generating reports.
Oprius contains a very useful feature called the “Relationship Manager” and is used to create a series of events that can be either assigned to an individual or be linked to a group. This means Oprius can be used as an autoresponder because a sequence can contain “Appointments”, “Tasks”, “Phone Calls” or “Emails”.
Another nice feature is the “Stay in Touch” reminder system which can be set to remind you X number of days or months after the last contact.
When an Oprius account is created, an email address is generated. This does not have to be used for sending and receiving email as additional email addresses can be defined. In order for Oprius to receive emails from an external system, you simply perform a redirect to the newly created email address. Anything sent to your existing email address will now also be available within the Oprius system and linked to a contact if the email addresses match.
This automatic linking of emails to contacts means you can maintain a complete audit trail of emails with clients.
if you send the same email on a regular basis, you can create templates that can be selected when creating a new email. This is a wonderful time saver.
Some people may consider the /month a little excessive but the functionality that is provided would be easily recovered by maintaining sufficient and appropriate contact with clients. Just remember too that this system can be used for bulk email, as an autoresponder system and as a lead capture system.

Although I am interested in self-developments, I generally steer clear of the “main stream” programs such as Anthony Robbins, “The Secret”, “The Code”, etc. Finding down to earth mentors is more suited to my progression as the retention rate is much higher than just sitting in a seminar or reading a book.
I am also a qualified Personal Trainer, Hypnotherapist, Massage Therapist, Reiki healer and EFT practitioner. I meditate daily and use two different techniques depending on how much time I have or my requirements: Transcendental Meditation and Vipassana.
As part of my relaxation and recreation I also play African drums in drum circles and during festivals and events. In the warmer months, I have a small drum circle in my home town.
