Browser-based development environment from Nsite

Tomorrow sees the release of Nsite 6.0, featuring a browser-based coding-free development environment that allows the building of new applications. Included in SaaS company’s update is a built-in “Web Services Wizard” capable of integration with Salesforce.com and Siebel.

Nsite marketing vice president Rosie Hausler claims in can be done “in about one minute with no coding.” The Nsite Application Builder, Nsite 6.0’s development platform, will introduce The Nsite Application Center. Applications will provide companies instant access in areas of inventory, quotation and management.

Features include the dynamic enterprise objects framework, page layout and user-interface pages created via drag-and-drop functions, and the previously mentioned CRM function integration. In addition, there are analytics with dashboards and reports to provide actionable metrics and individualized real-time data viewing, routing and process controls viewing, application lifecycle management, and other role-based features.
