Cat(ylist) and (Real)Hound get together
Catylist, a provider of local-national commercial information exchanges, has formed an exclusive alliance with CRM software developers RealHound. The goal of the alliance is “to deliver a next-generation Customer Relationship Management product designed specifically for commercial real estate professionals.”
Catylist CRM powered by RealHound seeks to deliver a fully integrated solution via a combination of Catylist’s commercial listing services with RealHound’s CRM software. Catylist CRM promises to allow users to manage contacts, marketing activities, properties, listings and comparables. Users will have the ability to push listings from the CRM desktop to Catylist’s marketing network, which includes CCIMNet, Catylist CIEs, Cityfeet.com, and company websites among others.
Catylist CRM will be available exclusively to members of the Catylist network and is projected for a launch sometime between April and September 2007.
Founded in 2002, Chicago-based Catylist’s web-based marketing platform now hosts a network of over 200,000 commercial properties posted by more than 75,000 commercial professionals located throughout the US and internationally.
RealHound, established in 1998 in San Clemente, Calif., develops CRM software for the commercial real estate industry. RealHound is presently deployed by several leading commercial real estate companies, including CB Richard Ellis, Marcus & Millichap, Sperry Van Ness, and Grubb & Ellis.
