CDC .aligns
CDC Software, a global provider of enterprise software applications and frequent player in the acquisition game, announced today the buying up of Vis.align, Inc. Vis.align is a provider of IT support and managed services; with the subsumation, CDC Software hopes to expand its services portfolio, generate cross-selling opportunities, and offer customers additional end-to-end enterprise solutions and services.
CDC Software, with Vis.align now ingested, plans to offer services offering infrastructure and application optimization, application development and outsourced managed services — turnkey services that include deployment and ongoing administration of IT, network and application management functions.
