CDC Software today announced the acquisition of Australia’s brilliantly named Brilliant Training and Consulting.

CDC representatives say the acquisition provides as a strategic fit for Praxa Australia, CDC Software’s consulting services company Down Under, and a significantly bolstering to CDC Australia’s position in the IT software and services market in the land of Irwin. CDC sees the acquisition as a boost to accelerate sales of the company’s Pivotal and c360 CRM products.
