Cognos a leader for the fourth time

Cognos representatives were giddy to announce their firm’s listing among CRM magazine’s “CRM Market Leaders” for 2006. In the category of CRM analytics, Cognos garnered top recognition in the business intelligence and performance management industry. This year’s nod marks the fourth consecutive listing on CRM Market Leaders chart.

The 2006 CRM Market Awards honor those who “stand above the rest in customer relationship management as a result of their significant influence, innovation, or accomplishments.” CRM Market Leaders are selected based on weighted criteria that include revenue, revenue growth, market share, reputation for customer satisfaction, depth of functionality, and company direction.
