Commence Upgrade CRM

Recently, Commence Corportation announced the release of Commence CRM v 5.1. Commence Corporation, a provider of web based CRM software, enhanced the new version of their CRM to integrate with Intuit’s QuickBooks accounting system.

Customer Service Manager at Commence, Nicole Reed, commented on the new release. She said, “Small to mid-size companies are looking to utilize automated marketing programs to help build brand recognition and generate more leads. The challenge for many of these companies is a lack of easy to use tools and resources to get the job done. This new version provides these businesses with an out of the box solution for quickly creating direct mail and bulk e-mail programs and scheduling them at different intervals throughout the month or quarter.”

One of the exciting new features for Commence’s web based CRM software is the QuickBooks integration. The web based CRM now uses two way synchronization between Commence, and Quickbooks, and the company plans to expand the system to integrate to other various systems. Other notable improvements to the web based software are enhanced control over the contact management, sales automation, customer service applications and vast reporting.
