Commerce Corporation Offers Unique CRM Program
To help companies decide on the best CRM platform before making a purchase decision, Commerce Corporation has decided to introduce a unique “try-before-you-buy” program for its CRM software.
This program was designed to try and counter the hundreds of CRM solutions available on the market that make it difficult for companies to make the right selection before making the investment.
Decision makers often struggle between free platforms and those ranging up to $125 per month per user. Some vendors do offer trials of their platforms, but these versions often lack the full features of the final solution, making it more difficult to select the right fit for a particular environment.
According to Nigel Park, MD, of TPS Consulting, customers are not experts when it comes to selecting CRM software. At the same time, these companies often fail to properly document their critical requirements and instead will shop solely on price as they perceive all CRM offerings are the same.
Park also warns that free trials often offered by vendors do not help to ensure that the software meets the requirements of the business. He suggests that companies take advantage of a vendor’s expertise to help them realize how to maximize the value of the solution from the trial version of the software.
In the pilot program offered by Commerce Corporation, the customer will be able to gain immediate value from the platform to ensure they know what to expect and how to maximize their investment. The CRM software offered by Commerce Corporation in this program includes a set of best practices.
Larry Caretsky, president at Commence Corporation shared that his company appreciates the apprehension many buyers feel when making a CRM decision and Commerce Corporation is seeking to mitigate this risk.
