Wait! There’s one more! Sheryl Kingstone, director of Yankee Group’s Customer-Centric Strategies Decision Service, has won CRM Magazine’s 2006 Influential Leader Award. Kingstone is also the first female in CRM Magazine’s history to be inducted in the CRM Hall of Fame.

Wow, the Hall of Fame. “I bet you didn’t even know CRM had a hall of fame,” noted TMCNet. Well, we didn’t.

Kingstone’s PR says that she is a well-known and respected industry analyst in the CRM market.
