Cross-channel Saratoga party
Saratoga Systems has been chosen as CRM software of choice by cross-channel train firm Eurostar. The CRM was deployed in hopes of tightening (and “improving standards of”) communications between the four Eurostar sales teams dealing with leisure and corporate markets in France, Belgium and the United Kingdom.
The new software is intended to improve standards of communication between three sales teams responsible for the leisure and corporate markets in France, Belgium and the UK, and its International sales team which works closely with Eurostar’s overseas distributors.
Eurostar required a system that would improve transparency amongst the different teams while simultaneously meeting the various requirements of each individual team. Saratoga Systems currently has 120,000 users worldwide in its clientele base of over 800 corporate customers including BASF, Hanson PLC, ING Investment Management, Kodak, MetLife, T. Rowe Price, Tyco Healthcare, UBS, Virgin Atlantic Airways, and WellPoint. Saratoga Systems is headquartered in Campbell, Calif., and has regional offices in the United Kingdom, Sweden, Germany, and France.
