Chrysalis Radio, which owns Heart, Galaxy, LBC, and The Arrow will be utilizing the services of Data Intelligence for designing and building a CRM platform. Data Intelligence is the insight arm of Response One. Data Intelligence willl build a CRM platform with a single listener view database for the purpose of achieving enhanced listener understanding and greater revenues. The CRM platform will enable Chrysalis to obtain an in-depth understanding of the needs of their audience and provide them with the content that they expect.
