DestinationCRM conference to be held in San Jose California September 17-19 2006
CRM magazine announced Tuesday, March 21, 2006 that it plans to hold its first destinationCRM 2006, executive-level conference, for sales, marketing, and customer service professionals. The conference will be convened at the San Jose Marriott in San Jose, California from September 17-19, 2006.
Editor-in-chief of CRM magazine, David Myron said, "Successful customer strategies in sales, marketing, and customer service are highly dependent on the right mix of people, process, and technology. DestinationCRM 2006 enables attendees to learn from professionals that understand this and have garnered impressive results with their customer relationship management efforts,"
The program for the conference is being planned and prepared with the assistance of industry consultancy ISM. The program will conduct seminars on the best practices in CRM, latest technologies, common pitfalls, tips on maximizing ROI, and more.
Barton Goldenberg, president of ISM who is slated to act as the conference chairperson said that if you’ve ever wondered whether or not you were "getting the most out of your CRM initiatives", then the conference is something you should plan on participating in this coming September. "We have put together an impressive list of speakers and stories that will demystify how to apply best practices to sales, marketing, and customer service efforts," Goldenberg says.
DestinationCRM 2006 is aimed at "c-level executives; vice presidents and directors of sales, marketing, and customer service; vice presidents and directors of business analytics or business intelligence; and vice presidents and directors of IT."
