Dow Corning and Cognizant get even closer

Dow Corning Corporation,which is a vendor of silicon-based technlogy products and services, has announced that IT service vendor Cognizant Technology Solutions will execute the implementation of their new CRM system. Implemented with the SAP NetWeaver Platform will be the mySAP CRM 5.0 system. Dow Corning has long used SAP products and decided to standardize its systems in almost fifty locations just recently. The envisioned value chain made choosing a firm to optimize it easy: Cognizant has worked with Dow Corning on innumerable projects to build the very network when first founded.
