Business solutions provider Iteration2 has announced that GreenHomes America has gone live with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

GreenHomes America is a “home performance service provider” that assists in reducing energy waste in the home; in fact, the company guarantees a 25 percent in-house reduction of energy use.

With Microsoft CRM, GreenHomes will be consolidating their disparate customer management databases in a single repository. Microsoft Dynamics CRM seeks to allow easy access and management of customer interaction, scheduling of home energy advisors, management of lead generation, capturing sales pipeline information and measuring trends in customer data.

GreenHomes America is currently operating all of Microsoft’s enterprise applications and will be implementing Microsoft Dynamics AX and Field Services for Microsoft Dynamics AX in 2007. Buffalo, N.Y.-based GreenHomes America calls itself “the largest industry-accredited, single source provider of home performance contracting in New York state” and also has operations in Buffalo, Rochester, and Syracuse.

Iteration2 provides clients in the manufacturing, distribution, and field service industries with what is billed as “software implementation experience that is more attractive and affordable than solutions from SAP and Oracle” and provides Microsoft Dynamics AX, Dynamics CRM, Dynamics SL and Field Services.
