EBSuite helps deliver the goodies 24/7

On-demand CRM software producer EBSuite.com today announced that Asteres Inc., has enhanced customer service solutions and case study handling by using EBSuite’s Customer Support and Sales Force Automation support tools. Asteres is known as the producer of ScriptCenter, a prescription drug pick-up kiosk for retail pharmacies. Asteres needed a CRM solution mainly to address problems in managing customer support calls and case processing workflow. Asteres is also exploiting EBSuite’s case management functionality.

EBSuite.com has been gaining some attention lately, more than doubling its customer base and revenues in fiscal year 2005; in that year, EBSuite.com opened operations in Beijing. EBSuite.com CRM leverages a modular application design that seeks to assist companies in reducing software and operations costs. Asteres Inc. develops and manufactures secure self-service kiosks for the storage and delivery of consumer products in the retail marketplace. Asteres’ flagship product is Script Center, reportedly the industry’s first prescription drug pick-up kiosk for retail pharmacies, which allows consumers to pick up and pay for their drugs even when the pharmacy is closed.
