Entellium, the cleaner cleaner

Entellium representatives have announced that USSI, Inc. has chosen to implement Entellium’s hosted CRM solution for spreadsheet and contact functions. The commercial contract cleaner suffered the typical problems of a growing firm using software of multiple formats and applications. Particularly of note for the firm were problems in trend analysis and that “sales opportunities weren’t being pursued as thoroughly as possible.”

USSI had sought a hosted CRM solution for centralized web-based access, data capture, support and training. The factor that put Entellium over the top for USSI, though, was the free 24/7 premium support offered by the firm. Oh, and Entellium public relations would like the world to know that USSI chose Entellium over Salesforce.com.

Founded in 2000, Entellium is an on-demand CRM software provider which specializes in small- and mid-sized companies. Formerly headquarterd in Malaysia, the Entellium board now calls Seattle, Wa. home. Entellium’s main desktop and server application is eSalesForce, a Web-based CRM application.

Founded in 1912, USSI established itself is a commercial contract cleaner servicing Florida, Washington, D.C., and Baltimore, Md. areas. The company services over 25 million square feet of commercial space daily, and its claim to fame is as the first building service contractor east of the Mississippi to use the environmentally-friendly OS1 cleaning process.
