Excell expands CRM operations

Excell Services, which is a provider of directory assistance and operator services will expand its CRM group. The expansion will cover the CRM infrastructure of Excell in Lubbock, Texas and San Antonio. The objective of the expansion is to better manage the inbound customer care operations of its wirless, LEC, and IXC customers. The CRM plan of Excell will make use of telephone, the Internet, and IVR. The customer care operations incorporate sales, inbound customer service, billing, technical support via email, chat, fax, and phone.
