First passenger aboard Timetrack
Enterprise CRM representatives have announced that UK-based Actix, a provider of wireless network performance engineering solutions, have signed an agreement to implement Timetrack CRM for 150 users. The sale represents the very first customer win for the new Timetrack CRM product, originally launched in California in May.
Timetrack CRM is an on-demand timesheet and expenses application developed by Enterprise CRM on the salesforce.com AppExchange platform. The program is available for US $15 per user per month for users of salesforce.com CRM.
A privately held company founded in 1991, Actix is a provider wireless performance engineering software, and now boasts over 5,000 users at more than 200 operators. Among Actix operators are Verizon, Orange, Vodafone, Hutchinson 3G and T-Mobile. Enterprise CRM is the largest professional services firm in Europe dedicated to salesforce.com implementation and applications.
