Free cheese
Speaking of “countless internet-based businesses” in press material, Bigcheeseware has announced that they, too, want to “grab the opportunity” to “seize the market” by providing free trial sessions. “Today,” announced the Bigcheeseware folk announced, “Bigcheeseware exploits one of internet marketing’s most important contribution – Free Trials.”
Free Trials, in caps, mind you, so you know it’s important.
And it’s a big one offered by the Bigcheese heads. Imagine free chat for your website … what a nice beta test, eh?
Bigcheeseware touts all the standard niceties in a program of this ilk: instant message and email notification of dropped chat; a web callback system; live customer support agents (to “delight your customers); and real time agent performance reporting. Finally, the Chump is reminded to remind you all that Bigcheeseware’s promotional 30-day free trial registration runs on secure pages.
(The Chump should also note here that, of the slew of progressive better names for bit industry players these days – Smart Software, Big Machines, Exact Software – it may be awhile before “Bigcheeseware” is topped.)
