Customer relationship management trade publication giant CRM Magazine has announced a webcast to be aired at 1pm EST on June 7, 2006 on destinationCRM.com. The event is co-sponsored by SPSS and carries the wordy, can’t-miss-it title, “Turn Customer Feedback into Actionable Insight and Profits: Enhance Customer Relationships through Enterprise Feedback Management.”

The webcast promises to explain how enterprise feedback management enables organizations to transform attitudinal data into a continuous source of insight, with those time-tested ultimate goals of increasing customer satisfaction and profits. Each attendee receives the complimentary white paper entitled, “Maximizing Customer Insight to Achieve Your Goals: What Enterprise Feedback Management Offers Your Organization.”
