Galen Limited to StayinFront
StayinFront, Inc., a provider of enterprise-wide customer relationship management applications, decision support tools, data services and eBusiness systems, today announced its new contract with Galen Limited. Galen is a privately owned pharmaceutical sales and marketing company in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Under terms of the agreement, StayinFront CRM and StayinFront CRM Mobile seek to support Galen’s existing sales processes and mobile workforce. The StayinFront solution promises to streamline processes, improve data access and enhance reporting across the company’s sales, medical and marketing operations. Galen sales and marketing director Ken Ross said that “StayinFront understands our needs and our business processes” (that’s nice) and promised that the transition would be quick, while London-based StayinFront managing director Nigel Huxtable said, “Galen will gain a new level of functionality…”
The new agreement marks the third notable move by StayinFront to report this month. Last week, StayinFront representatives were able to announce the opening of new offices in Dublin, Ireland, and Melbourne, Australia. Huxtable, told press that the first StayinFront office on the Emerald Isle “is a strategic extension of our continued growth throughout the region. We have a growing client base in Ireland … Plus, Dublin is home to a number of noteworthy universities and has a strong technology workforce.” On the other side of the globe, StayinFront Australia Managing Director Andrew Campbell said, “This is an exciting period for us. … with our expanding focus on the financial services market, it’s critical that we are close to the heart of Melbourne…” The Melbourne office is the firm’s second in Oz, as StayinFront currently maintains Australian headquarters in Sydney.
The Melbourne office, however, is more centrally located and is reportedly specifically designed to support significant local clients such as the Austereo Group, Cummins Engine Company, GlaxoSmithKline and Vanguard Investments. Last month, StayinFront came out with the news of the firm’s new strategic alliance with Plymouth Meeting, Pa.-based Interphase Systems Inc., a technology and business consulting organization. Most interesting to StayinFront brass with the Interphase Systems strategic business consulting services was that company’s dedicated validation and compliance practice. Interphase Systems’ validation solution, promised StayinFront publicity, will assess the IT infrastructure of StayinFront life sciences clients to ensure that networks are in compliance with regulations prescribed (so to speak) under auspices of the Prescription Drug Marketing Act.
