GroupSpark privately labels Microsoft Dynamics
GroupSpark has gotten cuddly with Microsoft, and a company spokesman would even like to tell you more about it.
Exchange hosting GroupSpark has announced the firm will be releasing a “completely Private Labeled” hosted Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0. The main touts on this product are no-brainers: A familiar web-based interface and full Outlook integration go a long way toward user-friendliness.
GroupSpark can now lay claim as having the first private-label hosted Microsoft CRM product in the marketplace. Plus, said groupSpark execs in their announcement, the product “lets partners to instantly add Hosted Microsoft CRM to their suite of services to increase revenue and decrease churn.” Nobody wants churn.
On Wednesday, GroupSpark CEO Ravi Agarwal will be appearing in a free webinar on exchange hosting presented by Ferris Research. Ferris’ “Exchange Hosting Seminar” promises to be quite comprehensive. Questions to be addressed in the course of four talks plus a Q&A session include:
• Can hosting providers provide secure remote access to today’s evolving mobile clients?
• Is hosted anti-virus and anti-spam a commodity? What about archiving and compliance add-ons?
• Is hosting for messaging cost-effective?
• What will be the impact of the next version of Exchange for the host organizations and for customers?
Speakers include:
• Ferris analyst Lee Benjamin, retired from Microsoft as of 1997. Benjamin is a specialist in migration and upgrade advice, technical writing and evaluation, product strategy, and training and courseware development.
• Apptix marketing and business development vice president Samir Gulati, who heads marketing, product management, and business development functions within Apptix.
• Agarwal, CEO, most glamorously known as a 2001 honoree of Entrepreneur Magazine’s “10 under 30,” i.e. the top ten businesspeople under the age of 30.
• David Ball, the senior product manager at Orange Business Services. Ball heads the global strategy, development and in-life management of Orange managed messaging solutions.
