Representatives of helpIT systems, a data cleansing specialist, today announced the release of matchIT API, a customizable plug-in component for point of capture, duplicate detection/prevention, and lookup. matchIT API is targeted for those companies “confronted with large quantities of customer data spread across different files, systems, and departments.”

As helpIT systems president Robert Heidenreich puts it, “The fact is most CRM, ERP, web and data warehouse systems fail and in many cases are simply incapable of addressing the problem of data quality…”

Established in 1991, helpIT systems’ data cleansing is today used by more than 1000 companies worldwide.
