HIP PIP hooray!

Representatives of Graham Technology today announced the firm’s work with ESPC, the largest property marketing firm in east central Scotland, in assisting the organisation in developing its new Home Information Pack (HIP) and Purchaser Information Pack (PIP) IT platform.

Due to new law, all homeowners in England and Wales will need to prepare a HIP before putting their home up for sale as of June 1, 2007. ESPC is currently engaged in a government trial with the aim of testing the HIPs before the mandatory introduction.

Graham Technology is supporting ESPC with a web-based portal that will allow ESPC members to assemble HIPs and PIPs; additionally, the company will also implement a contact centre platform based its flagship product ciboodle.
