HMC and CLASSICAL Sign Agreement
CLASSICAL, a subsidiary of the N. Daskalantonakis Group, has chosen travel-industry solution provider Hospitality Marketing Concepts to design its hotel membership program for its four properties in Greece: Athens’ Acropol and Omonia Grand; the Rehtymnon Plaza Spa & Suites in Crete; and Kalamata’s Filoxenia Hotel.
Members entering the CLASSICAL rubric will receive special rates, upgrades, offers and the like. A one-year membership gets free dining at hotel-managed restaurants as well. CLASSICAL managing director John Daskalantonakis enthused of the Newport Beach, Calif.-based HMC, "HMC gives us turn-key solutions that we can deploy at once with minimal impact on our operations, and the CRM technology to manage our relationship and communication with our customers.”
HMC, which touts its product’s benefits as strengthening customer loyalty, boasts some 5,000 established hotel membership programs in the eighteen years of its existence and currently provides service to over 1,000 hotels worldwide, with offices in seventy countries.
