Adventace LLC representatives have announced the release of what their PR department is billing as “the world’s first customer relationship management application driven by a proven sales management methodology.” Specifically, the product in Adventace’s sales management system for, specifically, the Salesforce.com on-demand CRM platform.
Future plans include integrating the Adventace sales management methodology with other leading SFA and CRM platforms. With Adventace SMS, the firm has included its enterprise-wide sales and sales management methodology processes, the High Performance Sales Environment.
Adventace SMS seeks to provide executives and sales managers with an end-to-end view of sales operations. Adventace SMS also features human resource development functionality. Specific functions of Adventace SMS include opportunity management for sellers; opportunity assessment and management for managers; pipeline management; forecasting; people development, which provides assessment tools and development plans for sellers, sales managers, and channel managers; and key performance metrics.
