I.B.I.S. flies over Cypress
Atlanta, Ga.-based pharmacy benefits manager Cypress Care Inc. announced its expansion of the IT engine making up its flagship product. The company is working with Microsoft partner I.B.I.S. Inc. to convert from its existing Salesforce.com customer relationship management program.
The seemingly ambitious plan calls for synthesis of the company’s customer data and business intelligence, and reduction of total cost of ownership for CRM technology by more than an estimated $400,000 over the next five years.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM will be closely integrated with Cypress Care’s other Microsoft software: Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint Server. I.B.I.S. predicts that Cypress Care will reduce per-user cost from $1,300 per year to less than $350 per year during the five-year contract.
Founded in 1989, I.B.I.S., Inc. is a consultancy firm specializing in Microsoft technology solutions related to Microsoft Dynamics ERP, SCM, and CRM application systems, and Microsoft infrastructure products.
