Norcross, Ga.-based Microsoft Gold Certified Partner I.B.I.S., Inc., an enterprise business solution provider specializing in integration and deployment of Microsoft business solutions, have announced a sort of status report, with press material stating the company “continues to invest in Microsoft Customer Relationship Management and Microsoft Information Worker solutions.” The latest IBIS clientele headcount numbers over forty for whom I.B.I.S. has performed Microsoft CRM implementation. I.B.I.S. today totals twelve employees focused on the Microsoft CRM application.
The apparent reason for the firm’s announcement was the recent release of Microsoft CRM Version 3.0. “[I]t is extremely important to work with a Service Provider that understands Microsoft and their solutions,” reminds I.B.I.S. president Lee House, going on to state emphatically that his firm has experienced “ a tremendous amount of momentum with version 3.0 of Microsoft CRM. … Having a CRM application embedded with a solution [Outlook] that users ‘live in’ day after day is a real competitive advantage that Microsoft will capitalize on.” I.B.I.S., Inc. was founded in 1989 and is today a full-on full-fledged full-service consultancy providing business solutions related to Microsoft business Solutions ERP and CRM application systems; custom application development; Microsoft infrastructure products; and managed services for network and business applications. I.B.I.S. claims more than 300 customers in the U.S. and the Caribbean.
