iCongo Inc., which, believe it or not, is actually a North American e-commerce solutions provider, announced the release of its latest version of the ICE3 Retail E-Commerce Platform.
Touted features and enhancements within this latest release include: an enhanced CRM customer service engine featuring an integrated help desk ticket tracking system; flexible systems that enable retailers to deploy and manage multiple stores, banners and/or brands; a retail survey system; an integrated multi-channel inventory management, distribution and fulfillment system; enhancements to the platform’s content management system; additional reports in the platform’s email marketing management system, including detailed analytics for conversion tracking, promotion and loyalty management; additional payment options including online debit, multi-currency payment management, gift cards, gift certificates, prestige and loyalty cards; and enhanced integrated fraud screening and fraud screening decision management tools.
