iKnowWare – I really do
iKnowWare is on a bit of a roll lately. Billing the product as “the first and only business management solution that gives companies all they need to know — anytime, anywhere,” iKnowWare was an attention grabber at the 15th World Congress of Information Technology through i KnowWare CEO / founder Mark Spilotro’s address. The company was one of 23 technology companies chosen from around the world to be showcased at the Austin, Texas, event. Additionally, the firm and its founder have got to proud of what they’ve been referring to as the “growth” of two Internet Service Providers and data centers to host iKnowWare for its growing small- to mid-sized business subscriber base.
With software as a service, iKnowWare calls itself “viable” for large and small businesses with its scalability to Savvis Corporation data centers and iKnowWare’s ISPs from Dallas, Texas-based Layered Technologies and LasVegas.Net. The iKnowWare software as a service program provides IT and business services. iKnowWare seeks to supply representatives in the field or in the office with data including that of SSO, provisioning, billing, and customer support. iKnowWare is a Microsoft Partner and a Microsoft Integrated Software Vendor. “We work with industry-specific market makers such as Allstate for insurance,” said Spilotro, “Select Medical in managed health care, and American Mortgage Specialists in mortgage loan origination, plus custom homes construction, to offer personalized iKnowWare packaged SaaS solutions.” Spilotro’s talk, entitled “How to Create, Execute and Deliver Value to Ourselves and our Clients by Unifying and Connecting Businesses,” took place in front of attendees from eighty nations.
The most compelling statistic offered by Spilotro was that, according to studies, “80 percent … identified information and communications technology as being of critical importance to an organization’s ability to drive positive change and innovation.” Mark Spilotro founded iKnowWare in November 2002 after over fifteen years at Oracle Corporation, e-MDs, Cornerstone Information System, CollegeView (Hobson Publishing/Daily Mail, U.K.) and Apple Computer. iKnowWare seeks to bring together the Web-based touch points of a business, simply and connect the business in real-time to engage with clients. About iKnowWare iKnowWare is an integrated Web-based application designed for small businesses, engineering, construction, and manufacturing firms to manage all business processes-marketing, sales and service, task/project management, operations, distribution, finance and client relationships.
