Infor CRM Epiphany Helps Banco de Credito Increase Sales
Banco de Credito, or BCP, in Peru has recently been selected as the Silver winner of the 2011 Gartner and 1to1 Media CRM Excellence Awards. The company has utilized Infor, a provider of business application software that serves over 70,000 customers, since 2009.
BCP was recognized by Gartner in the Integrated Marketing category for excellence in integrating people, processes and technologies to drive market performance and overall return on investments.
BCP increased their number of profitable marketing initiatives and sales totals on the whole as a direct result of choosing to implement CRM Epiphany. Sales rose from 15 percent in 2008 to 40 percent in 2010.
Banco de Credito is the largest Peruvian Bank with more than three million customers and was founded in 1889. They employ over 10,000 people and have 330 branches worldwide.
