iPipeline Announces Developement of CRM Solution
IPipeline, the award winning on-demand software provider, recently announced that it developed a new customer relationship management (CRM) solution. The solution is based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The CRM solution was developed with the insurance industry in mind.
IPipeline CRM has a number of innovative features in addition to the basic CRM tools. The product will provide insurance logic and customized workflows. It will integrate with iPipeline’s other products, such as Quote & Illustrations, Data Services, iGO e-APP and Agency Management. It will also integrate with other third party applications.
The CEO of iPipeline, Tim Wallace, commented. He said, “As an industry first, iPipeline is enabling the entire channel to store client records, track time-critical tasks, create marketing campaigns, save active quotes and policy records, and access dashboards and analytics in one solution. This is CRM ala iPipeline, so the bidirectional exchange of information extends across the entire channel for carriers, distributors and producers in a language they can understand. Our solution is linked to our product lines and preconfigured with captive agent and distributor workflows to deliver an immediate impact, and the ability to access iPipeline CRM from within Outlook will significantly drive adoption. iPipeline CRM will be a game-changing event. The new CRM solution is a critical part of our straight-through processing vision for the industry, and we are excited about the pending product launch.”
Microsoft Dynamics is supporting iPipeline’s new product. The General Manager of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Product Management Group, Brad Wilson, commented on this new CRM solution. He said, βIn today’s business environment, organizations need to be equipped with the right technologies to help them succeed. This new solution shows that iPipeline is taking the right steps to keep businesses in the insurance industry sharp and competitive.”
IPipeline CRM will be available for carriers at the end of this year. It will be widely distributed next year, in mid-2011.
