Noe will be teaching four eight-hour seminars. Course curricula are as follows.

Marketing automation. Application functionality covered in the course includes core CRM Navigation, User Interface, Outlook Client and Marketing Automation module. This course teaches the processes and functionality used by marketing managers and marketing representatives. It begins with an introduction to the core concepts of Microsoft CRM and then an overview of the marketing automation processes.
Service management. Application functionality covered in the course includes Core CRM Navigation, User Interface, Outlook Client, and the Service module. This course teaches the processes and functionality used by Service managers and Service representatives. The course starts with an introduction to the core concepts of Microsoft CRM and then an overview of the Service processes.
Service scheduling. Application functionality covered in the course includes Core CRM Navigation, User Interface, Outlook Client, and the Service Scheduling module. This course teaches the processes and functionality used by service scheduling managers and service schedulers. The course starts with an introduction to the core concepts of Microsoft CRM then an overview of the service scheduling processes.
