K is for Kobayashi
Does one of those K’s in “ITM-Japan K.K.” stand for “Kobayashi”? It does today, as ITM-Japan has announced the appointment of Naoki Kobayashi to the position of customer relationship management president.
Three-year-old ITM-Japan is a leading organization for IT business management solutions in Japan, acting as representative for ITM-Software, USA. With new headquarters in Shibuya Ward, Tokyo, ITM-Japan was reorganized as a fully independent Japanese corporation in August of this year.
With the appointment, Kobayashi becomes responsible for managing ITM-Japan’s local CRM network of distributors and implementation partners. His CRM Team works directly with ITBM customers, CIOs and other key IT personnel to ensure successful deployment of the ITM-Japan ITBM solution throughout customer organizations.
Kobayashi joins ITM-Japan K.K. after doing time with IT Frontier Corporation as general manager of sales, marketing and solution development.
