According to a new survey by KMPG LLP, shoppers prefer stores that offer them the best prices, best product range, and that are conveniently located. destinationcrm.com says:
The country is largely "overstored," Rittenhouse says, so customers were less likely to travel beyond their own neighborhoods unless drawn by specialty items.
