Logic Communications Ltd. authorized to sell PowerHelp CRM and Powerhelp IT software solutions from Vertical Solutions, Inc.

Vertical Solutions, Inc. (VSI), which develops IT Service Management and Customer Relationship Management software, announces that Bermuda-based Logic Communications Ltd., a Bermuda-based telecommunications and information technology company, will now be selling its PowerHelp CRM and PowerHelp IT software solutions.

Logic Communications, after investigating more than a half-dozen CRM solutions, finally settled on PowerHelp CRM from Vertical Solutions. Logic was impressed with PowerHelp’s functionality, its ease of integration, and the relatively low cost of implementation. Logic’s senior business development manager said, "PowerHelp CRM has the functionality that we need, is easy to use, and has a very low ratio of service to product costs typically, the ratio is one-to-one, or less." Ron Wegman Sr., CEO of vertical Solutions said that the company was pleased to be expanding its business "by working with Logic communications."
