Art Technology Group, Inc., technology and solutions provider to e-commerce sites today announced a wide-ranging partnership agreement with independent IT service management, customer service management and government services solutions provider MATERNA Information & Communications.

With the new status as preferred ATG partner, MATERNA becomes the first solutions provider in Germany to support the new ATG product portfolio. With the partnership, MATERNA continues to expand upon its customer service management strategy, a strategy which ideally includes all customer contacts, complaints, and distribution logistics. In the field of customer service management MATERNA provides strategy and process consulting in addition to conceptual design, implementation and integration.
