Another new partnership has been announced, hear ye, hear ye: Mindshare Technologies and SoundBite Communications to develop and deliver on demand Customer Experience Management (CEM) and Monitoring products has been announced.
According to TMCNet, “As per the partnership, they will work together to offer enterprise organizations with immediate customer feedback via automated voice messages in a hosted environment. This eliminates the need for live agents, as well any expenses associated with needing on-premise hardware or software.”
Put plainly, the solution features a combination of Mindshare’s survey and analytics together with SoundBite’s hosted contact solution to “offer direct feedback using an outbound survey application immediately following contact—and ensuring that best service was received.”
Company PR promises that “Using automated voice messages in a hosted environment allows businesses to reach customers faster without the need for live agents or on-premise hardware and software. As a result, businesses now have a cost-effective survey solution that can be applied to virtually any type of customer service initiative that is supported by a call center.”
Asurion, a provider of specialty insurance, warranty and other marketing services to the wireless telecommunications industry, is leveraging the combined solution to continuously survey and measure customer experience with its roadside assistance service, of which it is reportedly the wireless-based leader.
