Mosaic launched

Argogroup, a mobile services solutions provider, has announced the launch of Argogroup Mosaic. Mosaic is a managed solution for service assurance and content validation for mobile operators and content providers. The program offers quality control for such providers in the areas of wireless services, testing outbound roaming, validating content, and providing billing assurance.

Argogroup Mosaic offers global roaming testing and monitoring, supporting 2G (GSM, GPRS), 3G (UMTS including HSDPA), CDMA and fixed-line networks. The managed service enables mobile operators to test services including voice calls, SMS and MMS, WAP and video streaming from 54 locations worldwide. Argogroup Mosaic is built on the firm’s own quality service platform called Monitor Master, and the Mosaic infrastructure is operated by Argogroup partner company Araxxe, a business process outsourcing provider specializing in hosting and operating pan-geographical QoS environments built from Argogroup technology.

Argogroup specializes in optimizing user experience for mobile services, focusing on the interaction between network, service and handset. The company’s flagship products are software known as Monitor Master, Device Master and Performance Master.
