MSI’s Connections in Kansas City

Spartanly-monikered Marketing Solutions Inc. announced the nearing of 160 members of the MSI network, with the purchase of MSI’s web-based system Connections CRM by nicely named Brotherhood Bank & Trust Company of Kansas City.

With total assets of over $470 million, Brotherhood Bank & Trust has eight branch locations and over 155 employees. The stated mission of the 82-year-old bank is “To help all clients realize their dreams by providing financial solutions and service experiences which produce fully-banked, profitable, lifetime relationships, while providing growth, prosperity and pride of ownership for our shareholders, employees and community.” It’s a nice folksy bank, to be sure.

Founded in 2000 and based in Birmingham, Ala., Marketing Solutions, Inc. today lays claim to being “the fastest growing provider of Customer Relationship Management solutions for community financial organizations.” The company’s flagship product is Connections – CRM.
